Tiger Horse

I wanted a fierce, vibrant feel for this painting, so I decided to use a tiger-coloured horse! Its mane is imitating fire and it looks like it’s springing forward, ready to meet its foe. I’m pleased with how it came out and feel that the feeling strength came through really well.

Mixed media

More mixed media, using a newspaper background as well as papier mache on the side of the horse closest to the viewer, to give a more 3D feel.
